By making a purchase you support upcoming nordic designer. You only have one shopping cart and make one payment- regardless of how many designers you buy from. The products are then delivered to you directly from the designer.

How many languages does your customer service speak?
You can contact us in english or swedish.

Do I need to register/become a member to be able to make a purchase?
No, you can order from the webshop without logging in. Although there is several advantages with becoming a member. You can read more about it here.

I have forgotten my username/password - what do I do?
You can reset your password on our Login page

How much does the shipping cost?
The shipping fee is included in all our prices.

I can not make an order on the website? 
Please contact our customer service at and describe the problem and we will help you.

I can not pay with my credit card? 
Make sure that you have chosen the right type of credit card and that you have entered all the information correctly. Make sure that your credit card  accepts online purchases. Please contact your bank for assistance. Alternatively, you can pay with PayPal.

How do I leave a message to the designer? 
If you need to leave a message to the designer in connection to your purchase, you can do it in the message box at each product. If you need to get in touch with the designer before or after purchase, please contact customer service at, and we will forward your e-mail to the designer.

Has my order been registered?
An order confirmation will be sent to your email address after purchase. If you have received an order confirmation the order has has been registered and your goods will be sent within the specified time.

If you have not received an order confirmation, and you do not find it in your spam filter, your order has probably not been registered. Please contact customer service if you are unsure.

Is the item in stock?
All products at Nordic Design Collective is in stock. The delivery time may vary, but is listed at each productpage.

When do I receive my order?
All products are shipped directly from the respective designer. You will receive an e-mail when your order has been shipped. You can find the expected delivery time on your order confirmation. If you do not receive your goods within the expected time, please contact customer service. To be able to help you track your order, we need to know which product you are lacking and your order number (found on your order confirmation).

Why do I receive several packages?
All products are shipped directly from the respective designer. If you have ordered from several designers, you will also receive several packages.

Can I cancel my purchase? (Can I return my purchase? )
Yes, according to Swedish law, you can cancel your order within 14 days of purchase. Please contact customer service to get the address where the product should be returned to. When the designer has received the product and   approved the condition of it, we will refund you the total amount of your purchase.

Please note that we will not refund the shipping costs for the return.

Can I cancel my purchase of a custom made product?
According to Swedish law, products that are personalised, special made or customized after your requirements are generally non-refundable. It is the designers responsibility to inform the customer at the productpage if a product is non-refundable.
